
A word from Chef Nathan:
I gained a passion for food and cooking while attending the University of Arizona. It was there that I began cooking for friends and realized that food was one of the best ways to understand different cultures.
After graduating, I moved to Israel and worked in restaurants there, gaining a love for Middle Eastern flavors. I came back to the states and pursued a culinary education at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. In Arizona I gained more experience in restaurant kitchens before opening Simply Food.
